Equipment

The organisers recommend that all participants, particularly those with less experience, carefully prepare their trail-running equipment in advance to adapt to the mountain- and weather-conditions during the race. The Race Committee, however, does not impose any compulsory equipment.

Each participant is responsible to evaluate the weather forecast in order to adjust the equipment accordingly. A weather bulletin will be published 24 hours before the first start.

What should you pack for the race?

  • Mobile phone
  • Long sleeve jacket
  • Survival blanket
  • Dietary race supplements

Poles are accepted on all three courses.
